Website privacy notice

This notice explains how W. Silver Recycling handles information submitted through this website’s customer inquiry form. Please do not include sensitive personal information or job applications. For employment matters, use the separate Careers and Human Resources contact options.

The form collects your name, email address and inquiry description. Company and location are optional. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and manage the related customer-service communication.

Netlify hosts the website and processes, stores and screens form submissions for spam. Email notifications send inquiry information to our customer service team. A submission accepted by the website does not guarantee email delivery. Inquiry information may therefore be held both in Netlify and in our email system.

We retain customer inquiry submissions in Netlify as a backup for 30 days. We review the records daily and delete submission records older than 30 days. Inquiry copies in our email system follow WSR’s normal email retention policy. Deleting a Netlify submission does not delete its email copy. Provider technical logs and backups may follow separate retention practices.

The current website code does not include advertising or analytics tracking and does not store form entries in cookies or local storage. Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses, to operate and protect the service. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
